As a Global Hire Path Recruiter, you will represent our brand, assist applicants throughout their process, and ensure they receive the right support until they reach their job location successfully.
Recruiter Salary & Probation Period
We believe in rewarding dedication and building long-term partnerships with our recruiters.

🧾 Monthly Salary: $1,000 USD

🕐 Probation Period: 5 months

💸 During Probation: You will receive $350 USD per month
After the probation period, upon successful performance and target achievement, your salary will be raised to the full $1,000/month.
Recruiter Responsibilities
As a recruiter with Global Hire Path, you will be responsible for:
✅ Identifying Skilled Candidates
You’ll work with employers to understand the required job roles and find genuinely skilled applicants from Pakistan.
✅ Document Collection & Guidance
You will help each applicant collect the necessary documents and guide them on how to apply via our website.
✅ Interview Coordination
You’ll organize and assist in conducting employer interviews, helping applicants prepare and present themselves effectively.
✅ Visa Journey Support
From job offer to visa appointment, biometrics, and embassy payments, you’ll be their point of contact — even after they arrive in Canada or Germany.
✅ Refund Assistance
You will guide successful candidates on how to apply for a visa fee refund, ensuring they follow proper steps and submit the correct documentation.
