At Global Hire Path, our commitment is not only to help you secure international employment but also to maintain a transparent, trustworthy relationship throughout your journey. We understand the importance of financial trust when applying for jobs abroad, and for that reason, we have a well-defined Refund Policy in place.
When Are Refunds Issued?
We offer refunds in specific circumstances, mainly when:

You have paid your embassy visa fee and successfully arrived at your job location abroad (e.g., Canada).

Your employer or the embassy cancels the process after payment and before visa issuance.

A documented visa rejection occurs, and the refund is applicable under special terms (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
Note: Our $100 USD processing fee is non-refundable once services have been initiated, including interview scheduling, document preparation, or visa file assistance. However, the embassy visa fee is fully refundable once you begin employment abroad — as agreed.
Refund Timeframe
We strive to process all eligible refunds as smoothly as possible. However, due to embassy and employer coordination, the maximum refund processing time is up to 12 weeks (3 months) from the date we receive your complete refund request and all required verification documents.
Important Conditions for Refund
To ensure your refund is processed correctly and securely, the following conditions must be met:
✅ 1. Bank Account Must Be in Your Name
Refunds will only be issued to the applicant’s own bank account. We do not send refunds to third-party accounts (friends, relatives, agents, etc.). This is for security and verification purposes.
✅ 2. Use Your Registered Email
You must request the refund using the same email address you used during your original application. This helps us verify your identity and maintain privacy.
✅ 3. Provide Transaction Proof
In some cases, our team may ask for a screenshot or statement of your payment transaction (e.g., receipt, bank statement, or transaction ID). This is done only to verify the exact amount, date, and payment mode.
