Introduction to Global Hire Path

Global Hire Path is an international recruitment agency working directly with employers, governments, and embassies  especially in countries like Canada and Europe.

We are not a travel agency or consultancy. Our mission is to find skilled professionals in all over the world and connect them with verified foreign employers.

Your Role as an HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you represent Global Hire Path and are responsible for:

Finding Skilled Candidates for international jobs

Collecting and Preparing Documents

Guiding Candidates through the application process

Scheduling and Preparing Candidates for Interviews

Supporting Candidates through the full journey until they reach their destination

You will guide them step-by-step  from job application to final embassy interview and help them understand how to pay processing fees via our website (credit/debit card).

Important: What’s Included for Selected Candidates?

All selected applicants receive the following free of cost from the hiring company:

✅ Free Visa & Work Permit

✅ Free Accommodation

✅ Free Food (2 meals daily)

✅ Free Air Ticket

However:

$100 Application Processing Fee is charged only from candidates who pass the interview

❌ Candidates who fail the interview do not pay this fee

$500 Embassy/Visa Process Fee is paid after selection  covers work permit, biometrics, embassy appointment

Rules for Recruiters

You are not allowed to take any money directly from candidates.

All payments are made online via our official website only.

Anyone found taking even $1 extra will face immediate termination and legal action.

Your Monthly Target: At least 30 hires per month

You will be provided a proper office space after 1–2 months based on performance.

Recruiter Salary & Probation

Probation Period: 3 to 5 months

Salary During Probation: $350 USD/month

After Probation: $1,000 USD/month (upon meeting targets)

Refund Policy

The $100 application processing fee is non-refundable once services like interview scheduling, document preparation, or visa file assistance have started.

The $500 visa/embassy fee is fully refundable if the candidate does not travel or chooses to withdraw before flying to the destination country.

Refund Eligibility:

Applicants are eligible to request a refund of the $500 fee any time before departure if they no longer wish to continue the process or if there is a change in plans.

Refund Processing Time:

Up to 12 weeks (3 months) from the date we receive your complete refund request and verification documents.

Conditions for Refund:

✅ Refund will only be sent to the applicant’s own bank account

✅ Must use the registered email used during application

✅ Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) may be required
